Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
Assist the Purchasing Department in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for products and services.
Support in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) according to company procedures.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding orders.
Assist in maintaining purchasing records, documentation, and filing systems.
Monitor stock balance and support inventory tracking activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requests and order requirements.
Ensure all purchasing documents are complete and submitted accurately for payment processing.
Support in handling supplier communication regarding product quality, pricing, and delivery matters.
Assist in updating supplier databases and maintaining accurate records.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
