Full Time Visual Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Mega Signcraft Johor - Maukerja

• Junior level , mid level of senior level are welcome . Salary is negotiable based on experience.

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

• Demonstrate 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, layout design, or specifically signage design.

• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) to create compelling signage visuals and able to create artworks for printing.

• Adding value if having the knowledge of signage materials eg: acrylic ,aluminum, LED, UV print.

• Ability to interpret client briefs and translate concepts into effective and visually appealing signage designs, adhering to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

• Understanding of different signage materials, production processes, and installation considerations.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, , to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends, software, and production techniques relevant to the signage industry.

• Must be able to work onsite at our Ulu Tiram, Johor location.

eg:

• Assist senior designers in creating visually appealing and effective signage designs for various clients and projects.

• Prepare design layouts and mock-ups using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) based on client briefs and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility, material selection, and accurate execution of signage projects.

• Revise and amend designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files for easy access and reference.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies in signage design and production.
