Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition / Dietetics, or related scientific / healthcare discipline
Experience
2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing, healthcare account management, or related commercial roles
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in healthcare sales or account management are welcome to apply
Experience managing relationships with pharmacy chains, hospitals, or healthcare distributors is a strong advantage
Languages
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a significant advantage
Skills & Attributes
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Scientifically literate and able to communicate pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product information clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for market research, strategy development, presentation preparation, and data analysis
Highly organised with strong follow-through abilities
Possess own transport and valid driving licence
Willing to travel for client visits, presentations, and roadshows

Key Account Management & New Business Development
Serve as the primary contact for key healthcare and retail accounts
Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients
Achieve structured client acquisition targets
Negotiate commercial terms and manage account onboarding
Monitor payment timelines and proactively flag credit risks
Executive Representation & Senior Management Support
Represent the Managing Director in meetings and business engagements when required
Prepare presentation decks, briefing notes, and meeting summaries
Follow up on client commitments and time-sensitive matters
Build relationships with advisors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders
Scientific Marketing & Product Detailing
Translate complex product formulations into compelling marketing materials and presentations
Conduct professional product briefings for pharmacists, nutritionists, and medical professionals
Support digital and offline marketing campaigns
Monitor market trends and prepare competitive analysis reports
Export & Regional Market Development
Support export strategies targeting ASEAN and Muslim-majority markets
Identify regional distributors and strategic retail partners
Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and business matching events
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with R&D, Production, Procurement, and QA/QC teams
Maintain accurate account and order records
Participate in weekly management reviews and sales updates
