Contract Site Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in CHEC Construction (M) Project Site Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in Site QS / Construction QS field

Experience in infrastructure, railway, bridge, high-rise, or large-scale construction projects is an added advantage

Senior Site QS candidates with experience in handling EOT, claims, VO, and contract matters independently are encouraged to apply

Able to manage progress claims, subcontractor claims, final accounts, and project costing independently

Familiar with construction drawings, quantity take-off, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight project timelines

Possess own transport and willing to travel / work at project sites when required

Conduct site measurements and verify subcontractor work progress according to construction drawings

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and evaluate subcontractor claims

Handle Variation Orders (VO), EOT submissions, project claims, and contract-related documentation

Monitor project costing, material wastage, and budget control

Assist in vendor / subcontractor evaluation and procurement coordination

Prepare final accounts, project reports, and cost analysis for management review

Coordinate closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
