Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.

Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in an IT support environment.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

Assist users with IT-related queries and provide timely resolution.

Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Document IT issues, solutions, and procedures.

Support the IT team in managing IT assets and inventory.

Assist in the setup and support of IT infrastructure for company events and projects.
