Job Description

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement, while adhering to Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and promote a positive work environment.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a harmonious workplace.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Malaysia.

  • Utilize accounting software proficiently for daily financial operations and reporting.

  • Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Conduct regular audits of financial and HR records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations.

  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounting and human resources.

  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation as required.

  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents as needed.

  • Support the HR department in implementing HR initiatives and programs.
