Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounting and human resources.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation as required.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents as needed.
Support the HR department in implementing HR initiatives and programs.
