Requirements
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Experience in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
Skilled in negotiation and closing deals, with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
Ability to effectively present product information and value propositions to potential customers.
Ability to sale various product in one time.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company-driven sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory in Malaysia.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients in industries such as food & beverage, and industrial manufacturing.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for raw materials and chemical supplies.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Venus Biotech's offerings, effectively communicating technical specifications and benefits.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Sheets for data analysis.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
