This role ensures that stamped metal parts meet strict quality standards and customer specifications:

• Quality control inspections: Perform dimensional checks, surface finish evaluations, and defect detection on stamped parts.

• Process monitoring: Oversee stamping operations to ensure machines and tooling produce consistent results.

• Documentation management: Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and compliance documentation for audits.

• Root cause analysis: Investigate production issues, identify causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.

• Standards compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO, automotive, aerospace, or customer-specific quality standards.

• Testing procedures: Develop and execute mechanical, hardness, and tensile tests on stamped components.

• Supplier quality management: Evaluate incoming raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

• Continuous improvement: Recommend process improvements to reduce scrap, increase efficiency, and enhance product reliability.

• Training support: Educate operators and production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.

• Audit preparation: Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
