Full Time Project Manager Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in TR Build Group Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Candidates with experience in engineering/project site assistance, warehouse management, logistics, or procurement will have an added advantage.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and highly execution-focused, with the ability to adapt to project site working environments and maintain proper inventory records.

Good communication and coordination skills; candidates with foreign worker management experience are preferred.

Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and able to independently manage documentation and spreadsheets.

Local Chinese candidates who can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations, follow up on task execution, and ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.

Manage project warehouse inventory, including stock in/out records, stock counting, inventory tracking, material applications, and inventory control.

Handle daily ad-hoc purchasing for the project site and organize reimbursement documents and related records.
