Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall sales performance across retail stores to achieve revenue targets, KPIs and business objectives.

  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to assess performance, compliance and customer experience.

  • Analyse sales data, customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.

  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, company policies and SOPs across all store locations.

  • Work with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing and supply chain to optimise inventory, assortment and promotions.

  • Drive continuous improvement in store operations, productivity and efficiency.

  • Lead, coach and develop the retail operations team, including hiring, training and performance management.

  • Monitor and improve customer experience, including service recovery and escalation handling.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and legal requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to oversee the performance and operational excellence of retail stores across Johor Bahru / Penang Area. This role is ideal for candidates with strong retail operations experience who are ready to take ownership of multi-store performance, drive sales growth and strengthen customer experience.

You will play a key role in leading store performance, ensuring consistent brand execution and improving operational standards across all locations.
