Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or electrical products, and with already built up networks
- Proven track record in managing regional sales and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Possesses strong market knowledge and established industry networks (an added advantage)
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the region
- Ensure effective merchandising, product visibility, and promotional activities at retail outlets
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to support sales initiatives
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and ensure customer satisfaction
