Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
· At least 2-3 years in an administrative or assistant role, with experience in project management being an advantage.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
· Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
Responsibilities
· Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
· Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the manager.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
· Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
· Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to the manager.
· Handle and oversee projects assigned by the manager, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
· Identify potential risks or challenges in projects and propose solutions.
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all projects under the manager’s purview.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
