Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR functions
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, or similar).
· Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
To ensure the proper maintenance of records, documents, and filing that support all accounting entries.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Mature and independent with a good work attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure in a high-volume & fast-paced environment.
Assist with secretarial matters and liaise with external company secretary for the Company.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
Facilitate employee training and development programs.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and compliant practices.
Provide support to the team and any other ad HOC duties as assigned.
