Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (fresh candidates with strong skills may be considered)

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent

  • Able to operate basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.)

  • Basic English communication skills (spoken & written)

  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties and office support

  • Manage data entry, filing, and documentation

  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic paperwork

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when needed

  • Maintain proper record keeping and ensure information accuracy

  • Support general office operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
