Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.

  • Registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) or eligible for registration.

  • Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.

  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work onsite at No 1 Jalan Hillpark Aspirasi 10/2, Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, 42300, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical condition and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans to address injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.

  • Administer a range of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.

  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and long-term health.

  • Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and professional standards.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development activities.
