To ensure proper scheduling of staff in order to manage the department and assign daily duties to department staff including meal breaks. To plan and submit department staff work schedule to Store Manager according to deadline. To ensure proper documentation of staff leave application, medical leave and etc. are submitted to Human Resource & Administration of Store. To coach and train staff to carry out duties according to procedures and conduct periodic job performance appraisals of subordinate staff. To ensure correct display of stocks according to the facing chart on shelves, gondola ends, block and promotion displays. To ensure all pricing are correct and check all signage & price labels are changed on time by Inventory staff. To ensure proper housekeeping of department done daily and check all racking & shelves are clean for display of stocks. To check lane by lane of department to ensure proper stock replenishment are done on a “First In First Out” (FIFO) basis. To check on stocks nearing expiry dates and positive action to ensure dented stocks are not display for sale.

RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsible for the cans cup, cans body, tooling design in clear classification, file, update, etc.  Contribute to highly precise tooling management to reach can design perfectly, including geometry profile and forming points of product based on the Metal Economic Principle.  Handle overall measurement gauges in well status with clear mark and record and support QC team to calibration on the Third Authority Part as calibration schedule.  Handle overall forming tooling in the system and correct and make sure it can meet production capacity demands, related Cupper tooling, BM tooling, TM tooling, Necker tooling, etc.  Co-operate with other section engineers to evaluate actual tooling performance and make the improvement solution.  Every month review tooling inventory to balance consumption and inventory level and analyze tooling cost.  Assist other engineers to achieve product and equipment in good performance under tooling normal application.  Responsible for guiding, training, evaluate area technicians to gain knowledge and skill growth.  Assist the Production Department in guiding, and training area operators to operate correctly and efficiently to perform job tasks in line such as clean-up, replacing, repairing, troubleshooting, and work instruction.  Cooperation with Production, Quality & EHS, and Purchasing Department to solve issues such as defects in product quality, equipment failure, material quality, and spare part quality. RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsible for Conveying and Main support lines Including Conveyor, Manufacturing Equipment, Scrap Sys, Compressed air & Vacuum, Wastewater, cooling Tower, etc.  Keep area equipment working in good condition and comply with “Pre-Maintenance” as a priority, including daily checking, lubrication checking, monthly maintenance, and yearly maintenance of area machines.  Collect each failure case from area equipment, record and figure out in time, or proceed with temporary solutions to reduce the impact on the line, then move to repair actions to the next suitable occasion.  Every month review spare part stock to balance spare part consumption and spare part inventory level and analyze spare part cost.  Responsible for optimizing the manufacturing process, including downtime, area spoilage, high Speed & high-efficiency output, high efficiency and high-quality conversion of product, convenience, clean and Safety Operation & etc.  Assist and work with other Engineers to handle the below jobs; • Conveyor system improvement and Tech revolution; • New part, New equipment, New structure application; • Energy/Material consumption optimization; • Trouble assistance with Installation & Disassemble during PM or Repairing process.
