1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (Paid Ads) Management & Optimization
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
Data Analysis & Advertising Costs
Monitor and analyze daily advertising performance metrics (CTR, CPC, and ROAS). Conduct A/B testing and optimize advertising budgets to achieve the most cost-effective customer acquisition cost (Cost Per Lead/Acquisition).
Idea Generation & Hook Development
Guide the team in creating short-form video ideas (Reels/TikTok), graphics, and compelling copywriting with strong hooks that capture audience attention.
Content Planning & Publishing Management
Plan and manage content publishing schedules by developing a consistent and relevant monthly content calendar that aligns with the brand identity and the company's product/service launch strategies.
