Possess a valid Class D driving license.

Have a good driving record with no serious traffic offenses.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal driver, company driver, or in a related position.

Proficient in using navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.

Good knowledge of road routes and local areas.

Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.

Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.

Willing to travel outstation when required.

Able to work flexible hours based on operational need

Safely and punctually drive the employer, family members, and guests to designated destinations.

Plan and determine suitable travel routes to avoid delays and traffic congestion.

Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Monitor and keep track of vehicle insurance, road tax expiry dates, and service schedules.

Assist with personal errands and official tasks as assigned by the employer.

Assist in loading and unloading goods, documents, or luggage when required.

Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, toll expenses, parking fees, and vehicle maintenance.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters of the employer.

Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the employer from time to time.
