Full Time Manufacturing Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Zcal Technology (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Familiar with mechanical systems and production equipment operation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, and must be able to communicate in Chinese (both written and spoken).

Blueprint & Product Analysis: Study and analyze engineering drawings to understand product characteristics and structure, providing a technical basis for production process planning.

Sample Production & Validation: Modify drawings as needed, participate in mold trials and engineering sample production, and validate manufacturability of processes.

Process Planning & Documentation: Develop or optimize production processes based on drawings and sample experience, ensuring standardized and efficient workflows.

Mass Production Tracking & Guidance: Monitor and guide production teams to resolve process-related issues, propose improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Equipment & Tooling Improvement: Recommend improvements to machinery or tooling based on production needs and process feedback to optimize production lines.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of processes and product quality compliance.

Technical Documentation: Maintain process documents, production records, and improvement reports, establishing a process standard library for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean / Kaizen projects to optimize production workflows, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
