Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or a similar role.

Proficient in bookkeeping principles and practices.

Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is essential.

Experience in managing a full set of accounts is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of account management principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Assist in the preparation of tax computations and filings, liaising with tax authorities as needed.

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Utilize accounting software to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.

Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Manage client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, collection of payments, and resolution of any account-related queries.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions.
