Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups professionally
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Monitor sales progress and assist in preparing reports and analysis
Ensure proper documentation and filing for all sales transactions
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
