Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferable with at least 2 years working experience in handling import & export document preparation or related field
Proficient in English, Bahasa and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Team player, independent, good problem solving and organization skills
Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Responsibilities
Manage the import of raw materials and ensure timely availability for production requirements.
Handle all port-related activities, including coordination with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities.
Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve shipment-related issues.
Follow up with the Finance and Accounts departments regarding supplier payments and related documentation.
Arrange and coordinate material inspections as per company quality standards and specifications.
Oversee both import procurement and domestic purchasing activities.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure stock is managed according to required specifications and company policies.
Monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines to avoid supply disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of procurement, imports, inventory, and supplier communications.
