Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional assistance regarding company services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Support business development efforts by maintaining positive customer engagement.
Assist the sales team in implementing sales and marketing activities.
Shipment & Project Coordination
Coordinate shipment arrangements and work closely with the operations team to ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain daily shipment reports and shipment tracking records.
Attend meetings, follow up on action items, and assist in project coordination tasks.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities.
Monitor campaign progress and provide necessary support.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting are completed accurately.
