Full Time Lifting Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Timesfly International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lifting or crane operations.

Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and procedures with high safety awareness.

Possession of valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate / CIDB Green Card / NIOSH Safety Passport is an added advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple teams.

Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Able to read and interpret lifting drawings and technical documents.

Able to work on construction sites and handle work pressure when required.

Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all lifting operations on site to ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Develop and implement safe lifting plans and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DOSH, CIDB).

Inspect and verify the condition and suitability of lifting equipment, slings, wire ropes, and shackles.

Supervise crane operators and signalmen to ensure safe and coordinated lifting operations.

Conduct lifting risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate potential hazards.

Maintain accurate documentation of lifting equipment inspections, lifting plans, and related safety records.

Provide lifting safety training and guidance to site personnel to improve safety awareness.

Collaborate with Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Construction Team to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations.
