Blue Vista Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of industrial energy and power generation projects.

This role will be closely involved in coordination between the Client, Main Contractor, Consultants, and internal management team during the construction and implementation phase.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities between client, consultants, contractors, and the management
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items
• Track project progress, timeline, and documentation
• Assist in technical and commercial coordination
• Ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders
• Lead internal project reporting and management updates
• Coordinate submission of drawings, approvals, and documentation

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in construction / industrial / power plant projects preferred
• Site coordination experience is an advantage
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders professionally
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel occasionally if required
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
