Kelayakan
Minimum 2 – 5 years or more of experience in Human Resources.
Candidates with proven experience in mass hiring or fast recruitment will be preferred.
Senior candidates with management experience may be considered directly for the HR Manager position.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills.
Able to handle complex employee relations and communication matters professionally.
Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
Experience dealing with Labor Department matters or handling foreign worker visas/work permits will be a strong advantage.
Candidates who can start immediately or have a very short notice period are highly preferred.

Utilize various recruitment channels to actively source and attract suitable candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Support the company's manpower expansion plans through efficient mass hiring strategies.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist department heads with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Establish and maintain positive employee communication and workplace relationships.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure all HR operations, company policies, and procedures comply with the Malaysian Employment Act.
Support daily HR administration and operational activities.
