Job Description

Requirements

Requirement:

1. Min. diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building service Engineering or related field.

2. 2-5 years working experience with similar job scope. With hand-on experience in maintenance are preferred.

3. Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

5. Good communication and teamwork skills with a high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Facility System Maintenance & Reliability & support: Cleanroom Environments, RO Water Systems, Compressed Air Systems, HVAC Systems, Wastewater Treatment Systems.

2. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system failures promptly.

3. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for facility related downtime events.

4. Plan and execute minor facility modifications and system upgrades to improve efficiency, capacity or compliance.

5. Ensure all facility system operate in compliance with GMP (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485), environmental regulations and safety standards (OSHA, local EHS requirements).

6. Support or lead facility qualification activities (IQ) for utilities and critical systems.

7. Update documentation of maintenance, calibrations and repairs for audits.

8. Participate in internal/external audits (FDA, ISO, EHS, DOE, JKKP) as a subject matter expert for facility systems.

9. Manage IETS operation and oversee wastewater discharge compliance and environmental standard.

10. Manage and control scheduled waste (SW) activities, including storage record updates, disposal management, and system flow coordination.

11. Participate in fire safety management, including fire safety training, monthly inspections and maintenance, annual maintenance and testing, and ensuring the normal operation of fire protection systems.

12. Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and maintenance plans.

13. Manage relationship with key service providers and contractors.

14. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize energy usage, reduce costs and improve system reliability.

15. Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
