Full Time Hearing Aid Dispenser Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 + additional compensation in Hearlife Centre Johor - Maukerja

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science in Audiology or higher

• Registered with MAHPC

• Job Vacancies Available in Johor Bahru and Penang

• Provide audiological, clinical, technical, fitting/mapping support and after-service to customer and professionals of Company if and where necessary.

• Establish & maintain appropriate business relations with existing business parties that are already cooperating and contribute to the income and revenue generation of Company.

• Participate and/or conduct professional conferences, advertisement, training sessions, presentations, etc.

• Communication and/or guidance of (to) clinics, therapy centres, audiologists, scientific community, and distributors as well as their staff.

• Perform monitoring/tracking/controlling of branch inventory and stocks movement.

• Perform branch administrative operation, together with branch manager, such as payment collection, tracking, and record keeping.

• Monthly reporting on Failure report & OP reports, travel expenses in accordance to local rules & regulations, customer report updates

Alternate Responsibilities

• Marketing: in collaboration with the branch manager, planning & execution of marketing related activities

• Entering all customers info & details to Customer Management System (CMS) and ensure it's regularly being updated.

• Any ad-hoc company tasks and projects that require specific rehab/clinical skills
