Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree student/graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accounting records and documents.

  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense claims.

  • Support the finance team with bank reconciliation and administrative accounting tasks.
