What This Role Will Require:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field. 

• Proven electrical equipment service experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

• Proven field service experience

• Possess a good command of English

• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to a changing work schedule

What You Can Be Expected To Do:

• Perform Service and Repair of Dyson's products.

• To communicate with customers as part of service requirement – main focus to serve customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.

• Control and usage of PRONTO (ERP & CRM software).

• Produce timely and detailed reports.

• To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
