Contract Construction Site QA/QC Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HB Glass & Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• Proven experience in a Site QA/QC role in construction projects.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• CIDB Certificate

Key Responsibilities:

Site Inspections & Quality Control

• Conduct regular inspections on-site to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

• Identify and report any non-conformities or workmanship issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

Daily Progress Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, including work status, manpower, materials used, and site observations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection and testing data.

Coordination with Subcontractors & Main Contractor

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and the main contractor to ensure alignment on quality expectations and construction schedules.

• Attend coordination meetings to discuss quality issues, progress updates, and site challenges.

Documentation & Compliance

• Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation such as inspection checklists, method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and material approvals.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and project quality plans.

Follow-Up and Issue Resolution

• Monitor and verify the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and punch list items.

• Support the Assistant Manager in resolving site quality issues promptly.

Working hour : Mon – Sat : 8:30am - 5:30pm
