Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or customer service is an added advantage.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries related to LTL shipments professionally and promptly.
Coordinate daily shipment arrangements with internal operations and logistics teams.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents accurately.
Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers until successful delivery.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain shipment tracking records and daily operational reports.
Assist in preparing monthly revenue reports and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
Attend meetings and follow up on action items when required.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Support ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Head of Department.
