Hold a valid Malaysian PSV driving license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven experience as a bus driver.
Capable of driving long distances.
Aged between 25 and 45 years.
Demonstrate good attendance, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Possess sound knowledge of Malaysian road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
Maintain good physical health.
Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet schedules and ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with colleagues.
Physically capable of performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational requirements.

Safely operate bus in manufacturing plant and within Peninsular Malaysia, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition, reporting any mechanical issues or defects immediately.
Follow designated routes and schedules accurately, utilizing route planning skills to navigate effectively and adapt to traffic conditions.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during transit and emergency procedures.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other staff regarding route changes, delays, or any other relevant information.
Complete and submit accurate daily logs, including mileage and any incidents or issues encountered during shifts.
Ensure the secure handling of any company-related documents or items transported on the bus.
