Kelayakan

Requirements

1. Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident qualified under Malaysian Companies Act.

2. Minimum2yearsofexperience in HR, administration, office management, or general management.

3. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.

4. KnowledgeofMalaysian labor law, payroll regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

6. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

7. Strong compliance awareness, confidentiality, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience serving as a Nominee Director or Company Secretary.

2. MI HRM or related HR certification.

3. Familiarity with Penang government procedures and local resources

Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for local employees.

2. Handle on boarding, offboarding, confirmation, and transfer procedures.

3. Maintain employee records in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

4. Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

5. Handle employee relations, labor contracts, and dispute coordination.

6. Organize onboarding and staff training programs.

Administrative Management

1. Oversee daily office administration and facility management.

2. Manage office assets, supplies, licenses, permits, and contracts.

3. Coordinate meetings, receptions, and employee activities.

4. Liaise with government authorities, banks, law firms, and accounting firms.

Logistics & Facility Support

1. Manage employee accommodation and maintenance.

2. Oversee company vehicle scheduling, insurance, and maintenance.

3. Coordinate work permits, visas, and cross-border travel documentation.

Nominee Director Responsibilities

1. Serve as the registered Nominee Director of the Penang branch.

2. Sign legal and statutory documents in compliance with Malaysian Companies Act.

3. Support annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities
