Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma in Business or related field is an advantage

  • 2 years experience in sales admin / coordinator role

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Able to handle multitask

  • Willing to support roadshows (including weekends if required)

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team in daily operations and order processing

  • Coordinate with warehouse on stock, delivery, and order fulfillment

  • Assist in operating e-commerce platforms (e.g. product listing, pricing, stock)

  • Monitor online orders and ensure timely processing and delivery

  • Assist in planning and execution of roadshows and events

  • Track sales performance and prepare basic reports

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders

  • Perform administrative and ad hoc duties
