Work experience : Sales(Preferred to work on electronic component business field, but not mandatory)

Language : English, Chinese

• Manage and grow sales for Automotive and Electronic product portfolios, primarily focusing on existing customers to ensure long-term business retention and revenue growth.

• Build strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling of products.

• Develop and expand sales channels by onboarding and managing distributors, strengthening market coverage and reach.

• Work closely with distributors to drive sales performance, monitor stock levels, and execute sales strategies effectively.

• Prepare and execute monthly and yearly sales plans, including forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking.
