To assist in handling daily accounting / operations.
To prepare and process accounting documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
To perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
To assist in accounts payable / accounts receivable functions.
To reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
To ensure all accounting records and documents are properly updated and maintained.
To assist in monthly closing and preparation of reports.
