Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, coupled with an understanding of financial budgeting and software proficiency.
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin is mandatory requirement

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting and others
• Ability to build consensus and relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Optimization: Streamline day-to-day processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define company goals and turn them into actionable, high-level operational plans.
• Resource & Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, procurement, and resources to prevent waste and maximize ROI.
• Team Leadership & HR: Hire, train, and support staff while enhancing team productivity and morale.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or equivelant to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Any other adhoc assignment by Superior when needed
