Possess a recognized Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Beautician, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality treatments.

Proficiency in performing a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, and acne treatments.

Skilled in conducting thorough skin analysis to identify client skin types, concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and their benefits for various skin conditions.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized consultations.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with a diverse clientele.

Willingness to work full-time onsite.

Conduct thorough skin analysis using diagnostic tools and professional judgment to identify client concerns and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans.

Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage, ensuring they understand the benefits and application of recommended products.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on a range of beauty products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of ingredients, formulations, and their effects on the skin.

Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally, and ensuring a positive and relaxing salon experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure client safety and comfort.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and professional development.
