Diploma in Accounting; Degree in accounting or equivalent

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.

Proficiency in Sage UBS Accounting Software is a must.

Familiarity with UBS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE and BRASSTAX software is highly desirable.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.

Ability to perform account reconciliation and data entry accurately.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Willingness to work full-time at the onsite location in Kulai.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Perform data entry of financial transactions into Sage UBS Accounting Software and UBS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.

Prepare and submit tax returns, including SST, using BRASSTAX software, ensuring timely and accurate filings.

Assist in account reconciliation, resolving discrepancies and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records for easy retrieval and audit trail.

Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting and taxation, such as preparing payment vouchers and processing invoices.
