Full Time Senior Finance Executive ( Manufacturing / Export ) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in M&J Supply Chain Services Johor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional cert (ACCA/CPA/MIA) is a plus.

3 – 5 years combined accounting/finance experience, with mandatory manufacturing finance experience.

Must have hands-on LMW knowledge and reporting experience.

Experience with SST and export tax rebate in export manufacturing sector.

Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (to liaise with China HQ and local stakeholders).

Familiar with accounting software, MS Office, and ERP systems (preferred).

Manage full-set daily accounting, bookkeeping, expense review, and monthly financial reporting for the Malaysia entity.

Handle tax filing, SST, export tax rebate management, statistics reporting, annual audit, and cost accounting.

Oversee asset and inventory management, plus accounting archive maintenance.

Ensure LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) compliance and prepare monthly Customs reports (M1, M2, M4).

Assist in bank account opening/closing, daily banking operations, fund planning, fund settlement, and bank financing negotiations.

Lead local financial coordination, process streamlining, and finance digitalisation initiatives.

Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
