Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
Working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory contributions.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin essential given our Chinese-medium operations and communication with centres).
Familiarity with payroll/HR software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for HQ and centre-based staff (teachers, centre managers, support roles).
Administer monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave, and HR databases.
Ensure company compliance with Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955) and internal policies.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare initiatives.
Coordinate training, staff development, and performance appraisal processes.
Support HR administration across franchise and JV centres as needed.
Prepare HR reports and assist management with manpower planning.
