Possess a DIPLOMA in Pharmacy or a related field.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Pharmacology.

Exhibit knowledge of Pharmacy practices and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers.

Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory effectively.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages.

Willingness to work full-time at the Persatuan Penyelesaian Pengguna Dan, Jalan Wawasan 2/1, Bandar Baru Ampang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia location.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical supplies, including monitoring stock levels, ordering new supplies, and managing expired medications.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with their medication-related inquiries, offering advice on over-the-counter products, and processing transactions.

Prepare and label medications for dispensing, including counting pills, measuring liquids, and packaging medications according to established procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Assist in the preparation of sterile products, such as intravenous medications, under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the pharmacist when necessary.
