At least 2–3 Year(s) of working experience in retails accounting.

LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Excellent math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.

Organization and multi-tasking skills.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Assist and handle accounts for the preparation of full set of accounts.

Responsible to key in all transaction of accounts payable and receivable into the accounting system.

Update monthly bank reconciliation.

Provide clerical support to the department such as filing of the related documents.

Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record.

Preparation and monitoring movement of cheque.

Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
