Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
General knowledge of PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Leadership potential and the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in project management will be considered an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

Responsibilities
Requirements Coordination and Development Support
Responsible for communicating with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to collect and confirm requirements.
Continuously providing explanations of requirements, functional logic descriptions, and supplementary information on abnormal scenarios during development to ensure consistent understanding and smooth progress.
Clarifying User Needs, Analyzing and Drafting Solutions, and Writing Requirements Documents
Identify real user needs through user feedback and business scenario analysis.
Combine business objectives to output executable solutions.
Write clear and complete requirements documents, flowcharts, etc.
Managing and Supervising Small to Large Projects
Develop management strategies based on project scale, such as priority management and resource coordination, to ensure projects proceed as planned.
Developing Detailed Project Plans
Develop complete project plans, clearly defining delivery timelines, key milestones, and risk points.
Reasonably allocate responsibilities to team members to ensure all participants have a clear understanding of tasks and objectives.
Cross-Departmental Communication and Coordination
Coordinate with design, development, testing, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth product development.
Product Launch Planning and Version Management
Includes version release plans, change notes, and launch checklists.
Monitor Project Progress to Ensure On-Time Delivery and Maintain Quality Standards
Continuously track project progress, promptly identify and address obstacles.
Ensure the project meets quality requirements and business expectations, including functional completeness, system stability, and launch compliance.
Arrange Project Acceptance and Testing Processes
Coordinate with QA, R&D, and business teams for testing and acceptance.
Establish acceptance criteria and testing scope.
Drive issue fixing and verification to ensure the stability and reliability of the final launch version.
Assist Project Managers with Various Project-Related Matters
Support project managers in cross-team communication, progress synchronization, risk management, resource adjustments, and other related matters.
Handle Online Issue Feedback
Conduct preliminary analysis, reproduction, and localization of issues reported by operations and users.
Drive the technical team to fix issues and follow up on launch verification and regression testing.
Continuous Iteration and Feature Optimization
Continuously optimize existing features and processes based on feedback, data, and business needs.
