Full Time E-commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Aurae Wood Johor - Maukerja

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing/Media/Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, with proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experienced in Mandarin Content ad copywriting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently, multitask, and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.

Online Store Management

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized for sales.
• Upload and manage product images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
• Track daily sales performance and assist in compiling reports on platform performance and campaign results.
• Support overall e-commerce operations and contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, ROI, and traffic sources.

Customer Support

• Provide customer support via platform chat, ensuring prompt response for inquiries.
• Process standard return requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and execute refund negotiations.
• Monitor tracking statuses, flag shipping delays or delivery disputes, and report defective batch patterns to management / warehouse team.
• Handle daily order updates, modifications, cancellations, and basic shipping tracking updates

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing team for product launches, platform campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in livestream or TikTok Shop content.
• E-comm campaign like shopee flash sales, etc…
