• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, with proficiency in English being a strong advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experienced in Mandarin Content ad copywriting is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently, multitask, and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.

Online Store Management

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)

• Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized for sales.

• Upload and manage product images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.

• Handle daily order updates, modifications, address corrections, cancellations, and basic shipping tracking updates.

• Follow established SOPs to process standard return requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and execute refund negotiations to protect revenue.

• Monitor tracking statuses, flag shipping delays or delivery disputes, and report defective batch patterns to management or the warehouse team.

Sales & Performance Optimization

•  Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Work closely with warehouse and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.

• Provide customer support via platform chat when required, ensuring prompt response rates and effective resolution of inquiries.

• Track daily sales performance and assist in compiling reports on platform performance and campaign results.

• Support overall e-commerce operations and contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer experience.

Corder & Customer Management

•  Monitor order processing, fulfilment, and delivery status.

• Handle basic customer inquiries and after-sales support.

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing team for product launches, platform campaigns and promotions.

• Assist in livestream or TikTok Shop content.

• E-commerce campaign like shopee flash sales, etc…

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales report

• Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, ROI, and traffic sources.
