Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, production, event, retail, or trading environment.
Experience in handling large SKU inventory will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of stock control, warehouse documentation, item coding, and inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory system.
Able to work in a fast-paced project-based environment.
Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow up closely on stock matters.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments.
Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required by project schedules.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including stock in and stock out activities, inventory control, SKU management, stock arrangement, warehouse documentation, and stock reporting. This role supports the company’s event, festive decoration, exhibition, production, and trading activities by ensuring all warehouse items, materials, props, tools, and finished goods are properly recorded, stored, maintained, and available when required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse stock in, stock out, return, transfer, and stock movement activities.
Receive and check incoming goods against Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, invoices, or other supporting documents.
Ensure all outgoing items are issued based on approved requests and properly recorded.
Maintain accurate inventory records for a large number of SKUs, including materials, tools, props, decorations, hardware, production items, reusable project items, and trading stock, if any.
Create, update, and maintain item codes, SKU details, item descriptions, stock categories, and storage locations.
Monitor stock balance and ensure physical stock matches warehouse records or inventory system.
Arrange, label, and store warehouse items in an organised and systematic manner to ensure easy tracking and retrieval.
Ensure returned project items are checked, recorded, and updated according to quantity and condition.
Report damaged, missing, obsolete, slow-moving, or low-stock items to the superior or relevant department.
Coordinate with Project, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, Design, and other departments on material or stock requirements.
Prepare materials, tools, props, and decorations for project setup, installation, dismantling, and other operational needs.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation, including stock records, stock cards, inventory lists, stock adjustment forms, stock movement reports, and stock take reports.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock take exercises and support stock reconciliation when required.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, proper housekeeping, and space utilisation at all times.
Prevent unauthorised stock removal, misuse, poor handling, damage, or loss of company items.
Support the implementation and improvement of warehouse SOPs, inventory control procedures, item coding systems, and warehouse workflow.
Assist in loading, unloading, packing, checking, and arranging items when necessary.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management from time to time.
