Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Safety Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Fedapi Johor - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree In Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

Preferably candidates who has at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH (valid Yellow Book)

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate to all levels.

Applicants must be willing to travel.

To create safety awareness and carry out safety committee meeting, fire drill exercise, safety induction and training to existing employees and new employees on safety and health matter.

To responsible for a daily implementation and monitoring aspect of the Safety Management System Programs and activities in the workplace.

To conduct daily and weekly safety inspection in the work site for non-conformance of safety regulation, unsafe act / condition of workers and to take corrective action.

To issue verbal / written instruction / warning to ensure safety compliance by all Sub-Contractors.

To conduct Safety Induction for new workers, Tool Box Talk and other suitable Training Program for staff and workers in terms of Personal Equipment, Emergency Equipment / Procedure.

To keep proper record of safety briefing, attendances and topic discussed.

To prepare a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic for submission.

Maintaining a site detailing daily safety activities, hazardous construction works, housekeeping activities, safety instruction and other matter.

Assist to review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution.

Assist to maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.

To manage first aid facilities and welfare facilities for workers are in good condition.

Assist to liaise with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matters affecting workers.

Responsible to keep in good working condition any assets, equipment, etc. supplied by the Company.

Have a good organized filing system in order to have easy retrieval of all related documents ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment) & ISO 45001:2018 (Safety)

To actively participate in audit exercise (internal and external) and to attend any auditor’s query (internal and external).

To handle training development and to enhance employees skills & competencies

To be responsible for ISO related matters, ensuring adherence to its standards and requirement.

To perform any other relevant task as assigned by the superior.
